         My name is Emarie. I am a student at Ilocos Sur National High School, and I am writing to share my thoughts about the dream Act and immigration.

        I am assigned to make a Letter to the president.  Im so grateful that your sparing your time to read this message.First of all, I want you to congratulate you for being the 15th President of the Philippines.

        Mr. President I want to ask you something. how can you prevent H.I.V. Aids? Because the people now likes that their children are many than one or two. How can you prevent dis situation?Mr. President, you have a big challenge coming to you when you will sit in the President position.
